Legal
Privacy policy
Effective 25 September 2026. Praxis Computing LLC (“we”) runs praxiscompute.com. This policy covers the public site, the contact form, and the chat. Client systems we build are covered by the agreement for that engagement.
What we collect
- Contact form: name, work email, company, and the workflow you describe.
- Chat: the messages you send, used to answer you. Do not send passwords, keys, or personal identifiers.
- Email you send to support@praxiscompute.com.
- If you accept cookies, Google Tag Manager may record pages visited, device, and approximate location.
Why
We use this information to reply, to decide whether an engagement fits, and, only after you accept cookies, to understand which pages are used. We do not sell personal information.
Who else sees it
Netlify hosts the site and stores form submissions. If chat is enabled, Google’s Gemini API receives the message so it can draft a reply. If you accept cookies, Google receives the analytics events. We share information when the law requires it.
How long
Form and email records are kept while a conversation or engagement is active, then as long as we need them for the work or for a legal claim. Chat messages are not used to train a public model by us. You can ask us to delete a request by emailing support@praxiscompute.com.
Your choices
Reject cookies on the banner and analytics does not start. You can ask for a copy of the contact details we hold, or ask us to correct or delete them, at support@praxiscompute.com. If you are in a state that gives you extra privacy rights, say so in the email and we will respond.
